This is MJoy's debut solo album, encased in an eco-wallet. When playing live, majority of the time, MJoy is solo & acoustic. But when she writes, she hears a full band in her head. This perfectly balanced joy-inducing pop-rock is the product of 2 heads being better than 1. Producer Justin Vanegas, who has known MJoy since the early college days, heard some stuff in his head too while recording this album. And here you have it! It's kinda like 2 friends made a musical baby. We are proud parents. Let us show off this unicorn to you!

lyrics

Life’s too short to hold a grudge on you
Life’s too long to not smell roses at least a few
But when I want to change you
What did I do?
Said when I want to blame you, ask myself
What did I do?

You are too nice
To talk to me that way
I already know the nature of our thing
‘Cause when I want to blame you
What did I do?
Said when I want to change you
Ask myself what did I do?

There’s no way to argue nicely
Or neatly just the same
Somewhere we get lost, it’s so elementary
We all need somebody to blame

You are too nice
To talk to me that way
Life is too short to not talk about these things
‘Cause when I want to change you
Ask myself what did I do?
Said when I want to blame you, ask myself
What did I do?
What did I do?

Life is too short to not talk about these things
